The plaintiff, Chapter 7 trustee Michael J. Farrell, commenced the above-captioned adversary proceeding by Complaint filed October 11, 2002, seeking a judgment against American Executive Management, Inc. (AEM) in the total amount of $102,304.38, comprised of $82,935.12 for AEM’s breach of its contractual and fiduciary duties to ensure that estate funds were not dissipated by unauthorized individuals and to provide a bond to the estate for its services, and $19,369.26 for the fees and expenses AEM paid itself for managing a hotel owned by…
