These are petitions to establish mechanics’ liens for plumber’s materials furnished the McCaffrey Heating Company - and by them used in a house owned by the respondent. The petitions were consolidated as they were against the same property. After trial in the Superior Court a final decree was entered establishing the liens. The respondent has brought the petitions to this court by his appeal on the ground that the decree is against the law and the evidence.
