This is an interlocutory appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction.

In late December 1964, the defendant, Joseph E. Knight, Director of the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of Illinois, seized possession of the books, records and assets of the Marshall Savings & Loan Association, under authority of section 7-8 of the Savings and Loan Act (Ill Rev Stats, c 32, par 848 (1963)).
