MEMORANDUM OPINION

MOTLEY, District Judge.

The facts of the underlying dispute are set forth in this Court’s previous decision in this case denying defendants’ motion for summary judgment and familiarity therewith is assumed. See Holmes v. NBC/GE, 914 *3F.Supp. 1040 (S.D.N.Y.1996). Plaintiff, who claims to have suffered race and gender discrimination in the terms and conditions of her employment, filed this action alleging violations of, inter alia, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
