This is an original action in which the relator, Virgil Gullett, petitions for a writ of prohibition against the members of the Industrial Commission and the Administrator of the Bureau of Workmen’s Compensation of the State of Ohio, seeking to prevent them from conducting a hearing on seven different specifications or charges of misconduct on the part of relator, involving his activities as a lay representative of claimants before the Industrial Commission and the Bureau of Workmen’s Compensation of Ohio.
