The plaintiff in error, M. A. Cahn, was convicted at the January, 1912, term of the county court of Oklahoma county on a charge of 'having the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor in said county, with intent to sell the same, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $400 and imprisonment in the county jail for a period of 60 days. The appeal is brought by him in an attempt to secure a reversal of this judgment.
