This contested matter comes before the Court on a Motion to Avoid Judgment Lien (“Motion”) filed on February 4, 2016 by the Movant, the Debtor Patsy D. Milliner. In her Motion, the Debtor sought to avoid a judicial lien held by the Respondent, Action Motors, Inc. (“Action”), pursuant to section 522(f) of the Bankruptcy Code.1 On February 26, 2016, Action filed a response in opposition, objecting to an order avoiding its judicial lien.
