Jeffrey Springer appeals the sentence imposed after he pled guilty, pursuant to a plea agreement, to one count of wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1343, and one count of bank fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1344. Springer makes three arguments, none of which was presented to the district court in the first instance: 1) that the district court erred in granting him only a two-level, rather than a three-level, acceptance of responsibility reduction in his sentencing guidelines offense level; 2) that the court did not adequately consider his financial circumstances when it ordered him to pay…
