Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Gammerman, J.), dated July 24, 1987, which granted petitioner’s CPLR article 78 petition and directed respondent to recompute petitioner’s jail time credit for the period from October 10, 1984 to May 23, 1985, unanimously reversed, on the law, and the petition dismissed, without costs.

Petitioner was sentenced to an indeterminate prison term of 8Vs to 25 years in Bronx County Supreme Court on November 17, 1972. He was paroled on May 24, 1982 with a maximum expiration date of April 3,1996.
