WESTERFIELD, Judge.

This is a suit for damages for the negligent killing of Albert Leitz, brought by his widow and two minor children against Dr. Maurice S. Rosenthal and his insurance carrier, 2Etna Casualty Insurance Company.

The case was tried by a jury, which returned a verdict for plaintiffs in the sum of $15,000. The policy of the ¿Etna Casualty Insurance Company being limited to $10,000, a remittitur was entered by plaintiffs reduc-, ing the judgment to that amount as against the insurer. Both defendants have appealed suspensively to this court. ~
