This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction. Plaintiffs Hillside Production, Inc. and others argue that Defendants’ decision to revoke the Special Approval Land Use under which they have operated Freedom Hill Amphitheater involves constitutional, statutory, and contractual violations; that they will be irreparably harmed by the revocation, and that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their claims.
