ORDER
Hilary M. Beck, and his wife, Marilyn J. Beck, Kentucky residents proceeding pro se, appeal a district court judgment denying their petition to quash six third-party administrative summonses issued by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), which was filed pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 7609(b)(2). This case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. Fed. R.App. P. 34(a).
