Appellant, plaintiff below, grounded his suit against Burton Construction &• Shipbuilding Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Burton” on negligence, claiming that he received his injuries on the premises of the company while he was an invitee, or, in the alternative, a licensee,, his injuries resulting from an explosion which occurred while he was on the premises, which resulted in the loss of vision in both eyes, and other injuries.
