A. B. Hovey, receiver of the Northrup Banking Company, commenced an action in the district court of Wyandotte county against J. J. Bern-hard, A. B. Bernhard, and William Bruce, wherein he obtained a judgment for the amount due, and foreclosure of a mortgage. The mortgaged premises are described as lots 28 and 29, in block 118, of the old city of Wyandotte, now a part of the city of Kansas City, in Wyandotte county.
