This case involves the workings of a buy-sell provision in the Limited Liability Company Agreement (the “Agreement”) between appellants Eikon King Manager, L.L.C. and Eikon King Street Investments, L.L.C. (together, “Eikon”) on the one hand, and appellees LSF King Street Manager, L.L.C., Lone Star Fund II (U.S.), L.P., LSF International, L.P., and HudCo Partners, II, L.P. (collectively, “Lone Star”) on the other. Following cross motions for summary judgment, Lone Star recovered both disputed funds in the registry of the trial court and attorney’s fees.…
