¶ 1. This matter is before the Court en banc on the “Joint Petition to Accept Irrevocable Resignation” filed by the Mississippi Bar and James B. Galloway. In their Joint Petition, the Mississippi Bar and Galloway request that this Court accept the irrevocable resignation of James B. Galloway, who previously executed a Notice of Irrevocable Resignation pursuant to Mississippi Rule of Discipline 10.5, and to enter an order of disbarment.
