OLSZEWSKI, J.:

¶ 1 George Kubis appeals nunc pro tunc from the lower court’s denial of his petition for relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (“PCRA” or “Act”), 42 Pa.C.S. § 9541 et seq.1 We affirm.

*198¶ 2 On January 20, 1995, after a jury trial, appellant was convicted of two counts of robbery, two counts of theft of movable property, and two counts of possession of an instrument of a crime.
