Benham, Justice.

Appellant Bruke Tesfaye was found guilty of and sentenced for committing malice murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, kidnapping with bodily harm, and possession of a firearm in the commission of a crime. After reviewing the enumeration of errors set out by appellant, we affirm the judgment of conviction, but remand the case to the trial court for resentencing on the armed robbery conviction.
