During the years of 1936 and 1937, the Myles G-ravel Company, a corporation, was the owner and in possession of certain machinery and equipment, which was so situated as to come within the legal classification of personal property, and located near the Utica Institute in Hinds County, on which the appellee acquired a mechanic’s lien for labor done and materials furnished in the repair thereof, and which were both necessary and essential to the preservation of the property and to permit its use and operation.
