Claimant Carmen Cruz appeals an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed a referees decision denying her benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), 1 43 PS. §802(b), and assessing a fault overpayment pursuant to Section 804(a) of the Law, 43 PS. §874(a). We affirm in part and reverse in part.
