On this day, the Court considered Defendant Felicia Waller’s (“Defendant”) Motion to Suppress Illegally Obtained Evi-. dence and Memorandum in Support (the “Motion”), EOF No. 23, in the above-cap*687tioned case (the “Case”). For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS the Motion.
