Marquardt, J.:

Donald A. Becker appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress the results of a breath test. We affirm.

In December 2004, Detective Asher White stopped Becker’s vehicle for driving without headlights. On approaching Becker’s truck, Detective White detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from inside the vehicle. Detective White checked Becker’s driver’s license, which was a commercial license. In response to questioning, Becker admitted he had consumed alcohol at a club earlier that night. Detective White noted Becker had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech and…
