People v. Barringer

This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the circuit court of Massac County, on a plea of guilty, against the defendant, James Bar-ringer, for the offense of escape and the imposition of a sentence of 1 to 3 years in the penitentiary, said sentence to run concurrently with the sentence which defendant was serving at the time of his escape.
