Scoggin & Brown, a firm, shipped two hundred and two cows from Colorado, Texas, to East St. Louis, Illinois, over the lines of the Texas & Pacific Bailway Company, the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Bailway Company of Texas and the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Bailway Company, and later sued these companies for damages because of negligence in their transportation. The plaintiffs recovered judgment against all of the defendants, who have appealed. .
