This case is before us on appeal by Mrs. Erie Prisock Coffey, plaintiff in the court below, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County rendered in favor of the Standard Life Insurance Company of the South and First Federal Savings & Loan Association, of Jackson, Mississippi, defendants in the court below.
