Alice L. Griffin v. Eddie Thomas, Jr. And Board of Education, City of Chicago
Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff, an assistant principal, sued her principal-supervisor and the Board of Education for violating her right to freedom of association by retaliating against her for filing a union grievance. The district court granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment because the plaintiff’s claim did not involve a matter of public concern. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
