This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the plaintiff for entry of a default judgment on the ground that the defendant failed to answer or otherwise defend and on the motions of the defendant, T. M. S. Realty and Financial Services, Inc. (“T. M. S.”), to set aside the entry of default and to dismiss the complaint on the ground that this Court lacks in personam jurisdiction under the Pennsylvania “Long Arm” statute.
