GRAVES, Justice.

Appellant sued the appellees for damages for personal injuries, alleged to have been sustained by him in a collision between his automobile — driven without negligence by himself — and the appellees’ truck — negligently driven by their employee — on the highway between Channelview and Bay-town, in Harris County.

The trial court submitted what it determined to be the material issues of fact developed by the parties under their pleadings and supporting evidence to a jury, in forty-five special issues.
