A. INTRODUCTION
The instant dispute boils down to requiring this court to again, shortly after our Opinion in In re Sacred Heart Hospital of Norristown, 186 B.R. 891 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1995), apply the United States Supreme Court’s decision in Pioneer Investment Services Co. v. Brunswick Associates L.P., 507 U.S. 380, 113 S.Ct. 1489, 123 L.Ed.2d 74 (1993), which liberalized the applicable rules in this Circuit for allowing late-filed proofs of claim.
