Industrial Sewing Services, Inc. v. Commonwealth

Plaintiff, Industrial Sewing Services, Inc. (“Industrial”), a supplier of industrial sewing equipment, commenced this action seeking monies owed to it for goods delivered by Industrial to Performance Products, Inc. and Performance Apparel, Inc. d/b/a Team USA, (“Team USA”). Team USA is not a party.
