Respondent mother appeals from an order of the Supreme Court which, in relevant part, denied her motion to dismiss the instant proceeding and prohibited her from removing the subject child, Deborah, from New York pending a final custody determination. The child, who was born on December 12, 1981, is the biological child of the parties to this action. Petitioner father and respondent were never married to each other.
