Plaintiff-Appellant George Rowe, proceeding pro se, seeks review of a June 29, 2007 order of the district court granting Defendant-Appellee Jagdamba Inc.’s motion for summary judgment, dismissing Rowe’s complaint of employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and declining to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Rowe’s state-law claims for negligence and gross negligence.
