I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, Angela Lee Dunkle, seeks judicial review of a decision of Defendant, Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”), denying her applications for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and supplemental security income (“SSI”) under Titles II and XVI, respectively, of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-433 and §§ 1381-1383Í'.1 Presently before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.
