|Jn this dispute following the succession of Francis Alvin Stalter, Jr., Plaintiff Lan-etta Danielle Littleton appeals the trial court’s grant of Defendant Sheila Brooks Stalter’s peremptory exceptions of no cause of action, no right of:action, and judicial confession. Following the probate of the decedent’s will, and after the judgment of possession was rendered, Littleton discovered that she was not placed in possession of the decedent’s home and filed a Petition to Reopen Succession.
