BROWN, J.:

This is an appeal from a decree rendered by Circuit Judge Carroll, of the 11th Judicial Circuit on May 29th, 1946, validating the issuance by said City of $1,300,000 of Stadium revenue bonds. The City’s petition was in due form. It showed among other things that the City of Miami had acquired and constructed and now owns and operates and maintains a stadium known as the Miami Field Stadium located at Miami Field, within the corporate limits of the City of Miami.
