This is an appeal by the administratrix of the estate of one Alfred Picot, deceased. The appeal is from an order or judgment of the district court of Cache County requiring said administratrix to inventory and produce for appraisement, and to have appraised, certain personal property, consisting principally of notes apd mortgages, which, it is alleged, are *197assets of said estate, and which appraisement is to be made for the purpose of determining the amount of inheritance tax that is alleged to be due to the state of Utah from said estate on said personal property, pursuant to Comp.
