Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Quinones, J.), rendered November 13, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

On appeal, the defendant contends, inter alia, that the evidence adduced at trial was legally insufficient to support the jury verdict of guilt, that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence, and that he was deprived of a fair trial as a result of the trial court’s failure to give an alibi charge.
