Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Juviler, J.), rendered April 13, 1992, convicting him of arson in the second degree and criminal contempt in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant correctly contends that the expert testimony of a Fire Marshal as to the cause of the fire at the complainant’s home was improperly admitted into evidence (see, People v Johnson, 186 AD2d 584; People v Abreu, 114 AD2d 853, 854).
