SIMON, Chief Judge.

Appellant, Beatrice G. Saloma, appeals an order setting aside a default judgment in favor of respondent, Abraham E. Salo-ma-Orozco. In her sole point on appeal, appellant contends that the trial court erroneously set aside the default judgment where respondent’s motion to set aside did not contain a statement of facts constituting a meritorious defense as required by Rule 74.05(c). We affirm.
