In an action, inter alia, to permanently enjoin defendants from permitting the hunting of deer on certain property, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Stolarik, J.), entered November 16, 1981, which denied their motion for a preliminary injunction. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
