The State is appellant from a judgment of tlie district court quashing the indictment in this case.

The indictment charges that the defendant “ did feloniously, wrongfully use and convert to his own use, and conceal and embezzle eight hundred dollars, lawful money of the value of eight hundred dollars, of the property of the Board of School Directors of the parish of Red River, which said money had been then and there entrusted to said *988W.
