Reserve Rural High School District No. 4 of Brown County, Kansas, instituted this action against Helen Hanika, ■County Superintendent of Schools of ."Richardson County, Nebraska, and Lawrence Wiltse, the Treasurer of that county, seeking a judgment for the amount ■due for tuition of Richardson County -High School students who attended Re- . serve High School during the 1960-61 school year.
