Hardy Brasham and ~W. P. Price appeal from a conviction on a charge of having intoxicating liquors in their possession. The prosecution of the case started in a justice of the peace court where appellants were convicted, from which they appealed to the circuit court, and there they were again convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of three hundred dollars and serve a jail sentence.
