In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for medical malpractice and lack of *793informed consent, the defendants Cory A. Muscara, M.D., P.C., and Cory A. Muscara appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Hall, J.), dated December 10, 2002, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, the complaint is dismissed insofar as asserted against the appellants, and the action…
