I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Alcoa, Inc. (“plaintiff’) filed this declaratory judgment action against Alcan, Inc. (“Alcan”), Alcan Rolled Products-Rav-enswood LLC (“ARP”), f/k/a Pechiney Rolled Products LLC (“PRP”), Pechiney Cast Plate Inc.
