COULSON, Justice.
This is a summary judgment case.
Appellant, Bruce F. Kelly, as plaintiff, brought suit against the appellees, Galveston County, et al, as defendants. Following the filing of the plaintiff’s second amended original petition each of the defendants filed a motion for summary judgment. After due notice to all parties, the court heard argument of counsel on each motion for summary judgment, reviewed the affidavits in support thereof, examined the pleadings of parties, and considered the depositions on file.
