McCULLOUGH December 12, 2024 COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA FROM THE COURT OF APPEALS OF VIRGINIA The Court of Appeals dismissed Junior Josephson’s appeal under the fugitive disentitlement doctrine. It held that Josephson forfeited his right to appellate review of his criminal conviction when he absconded from probation during the pendency of his appeal.
