This action was instituted in the district court of Pottawa tomie county by Ida Munday,. as plaintiff, against the Federal National Bank of Shawnee, Okla., administrator of the estate of Annie Niblack, deceased, as defendant, to recover the sum of $413.40, with interest, alleged to be the separate property of the plaintiff. The trial court denied the claim of the plaintiff and entered judgment accordingly, and it is from such judgment the plaintiff has appealed. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
