WIEAND, Judge:

Frank Dean Thomas was tried by jury and was found guilty of robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, simple • assault, making terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. Post-trial motions were denied, and Thomas was sentenced on the robbery conviction to serve a term of imprisonment for not less than three (3) years nor more than six (6) years, to make restitution and to pay the costs of prosecution.
