This appeal involves the validity of a written contract entered into by N. F. Yarbrough and his nephew and his wife, Dewey Luzader and Anna Pearl Luzader, appellees herein. The instrument provided that the Luzaders should have $12,000.00, which was on deposit with the Southern Federal Savings and Loan Association in Pine Bluff, if appellees gave him a home until his death.
